Ever since falling in love with literary non-fiction as an editorial intern at Dave Eggers’ oral history nonprofit Voice of Witness in 2014, Inge has been telling true stories in long-form, audio, and interactive multimedia formats.
She is a 2023 graduate of New York University’s MFA Literary Reportage program, attending as a Fulbright Netherlands scholar.
Her work appears in Dutch and English-language outlets, including The Guardian US, The New York Times, The Cut, BBC Short Cuts, The Correspondent, De Groene Amsterdammer, Pointer, and Trouw.
In addition to her freelance reporting, Inge teaches narrative reporting to Dutch journalists and supports writers and creatives in their own nonfiction projects as a story coach.
